   • Treasurer’s Report

     • No expenses for September
     • Do have some money coming in this month
     • Want to have carry over for next year with 20th Anniversary happenings

     • Merch
       • Not a whole lot of new stuff recently
       • Have been selling a decent amount
       • A lot of things coming down the line for next season
       • Zarek hats sold out in under a day – and have been shipped
         • Shout out to Carolyn for helping with shipping!
       • Pre-sale okay on the long sleeve shirts, but hoping to sell more
     • Matchday
       • Nothing major to report
       • Still short on capos – not just us
     • Mar/Com/Social
       • Started on bluesky
       • Pushing Oktoberfest and t-shirts
       • Planning a push for volunteers towards the end of the season to keep energy going
     • Membership
       • September 30 will be last pick up date
         • After that all will be shipped
       • Memberships are still being sold
     • Partnership
       • Still working on Sociable
       • Working on updating language on the website
     • Tifo
       • None – likely done for the year
     • Silver Lining
       • Oktoberfest is being pushed
     • Party Planning
       • Working on securing date for the party
       • Starting to do a call for donations

     • 20th Anniversary Update
       • Nothing new since last meeting
       • Finalizing a formal proposal for the graphic design
     • Mar/Com/Social
       • Twitter usage?
         • Policies not necessarily in line with ours
         • Promote our Bluesky and newsletter
         • App coming – will not replace Twitter, but will help with engagement and communication
         • Rebranding our website to remove the dash?
         • Discord as a hang out place?
         • Keep using it for the season and then re-evaluate
       • Still looking for volunteer help
         • May need to do an event to expand engagement beyond existing people – may be a WW effort
         • People tend to need to see multiple posts to get the message
           • May want to do a hard push of multiple posts in the off-season
