1. Call to Order 7:01pm

     • Board of Directors report 10/17/2023
     • Not much change since last report
   • Committee Updates
     • Merch
       • Garage Sale was really successful (made nearly $1,000)
       • Loons shirts are in and ready to pick up
       • Have some ideas, but currently in off-season mode waiting for new branding
     • Matchday
       • Small chance of more home games
       • Holding until we find out more
     • Mar/Com/Social
       • Decision day scenario posts planned
     • Membership
       • Some scarves need to ship – should be out the door soon
       • Almost 500 scarves picked up this season
       • Off-season survey in the work, but may be a WW survey instead
     • Partnership
       • Sociable still in the works
     • Tifo
       • Unlikely to have one if we host a playoff game
     • Silver Lining
       • TC Oktoberfest went really well
         • 127 kegs emptied
         • Over $11k raised for charity
         • $3,600 for DGS
         • Final numbers to come soon
       • Clean up event near Black Hart on 11/4 (10am – 1pm)
         • Looking into getting a drink special of some sort
     • Party Planning
       • December 6 at Black Hart (6-9pm)
       • Working on going through donation spreadsheet
       • Voting will be coming soon-ish

       • Voted in Slack to authorize spending $4,000 for design for 20th Anniversary rebrand
         • Motion made by Andrew Bruski
         • Approved 8-0

     • Send them to Meagan so that she can submit to WW Board
   • ISC Front Office Ratings

     • Any feelings about these categories should be sent to Meagan by next week
