Treasurer’s Report
- Missing – will look for an update and let people know
Committee Updates
- Merch
  - Annual inventory meeting last week
  - Almost done with the 2023 membership scarf
  - Jackets have finally been delivered
- Matchday
  - Working on planning a meeting
  - Attempting to figure out capo numbers
  - WW matchday meeting on Jan 31 – follow up with team beginning of February
  - Ordering flags in the near future
- Mar/Com/Social
  - Lots of plans and preparations for pre-planned and pre-prepared posts this season. I’ll share some of this content soon.
  - Setting up a better alert system when a marcomm request is filled out, and building out a calendar, so please don’t hesitate to use that early and often
  - Coordinating specifically with merch for upcoming scarf launch and matchday for recruiting and match day posts
- Silver Lining
  - Second Harvest Heartland on Tuesday
  - In design process for volunteer appreciation scarf
  - Values meeting in the near future – vision planning for the future
- Membership
  - Working on getting digital member cards for this season
    - Potential for push notifications for future years
- Partnership
  - Working on finalizing watch party details
  - Pryes photo shoot on Monday, January 16th @ 3:00pm
    - Looking for a few more people
- Tifo
  - Will have a tifo for the Home Opener
    - Working on finalizing the design
  - Looking for people to help on designs for future tifos
- Party Planning Committee
  - Dethloon Solstice Party – February 16 at Black Hart
    - Trivia night
    - Wes will handle most of it
  - A few stragglers to pick up silent auction items still

Update on Action Items from December
- Election Planning
  - Finalizing the form hoping to get it out Friday or Saturday
    - Open until February 5
    - Election start February 12 and run for a week or two
  - Same 3 questions as last year
  - Tweets to explain the difference between DC and WW election
    - Will be at the same time – essentially
  - Talk to Wes about February 11
Other Old Business
- Signup Genius Perks
  - Currently paying ($270 annualy) for:
    - 10 more administrators
    - 10,000 emails and 500 texts per month
  - Going to suggest dropping down to better fit needs ($108 annually)
- Volunteer Program
  - Working out the finer details
  - Create a Google Sheet that each committee can use
  - 5 shifts in a specific committee will lead to 25% off item code in the shop that limits which items
  - Limit of 3(?) codes per year

V. New Business.

Membership Events
- Charity Soccer Tournament at BH on January 28
  - Teams of 4-5 people with 4 people playing
  - Donations to CANMN
  - $1 per Pryes pint will go to CANMN
  - Prize packs for winners
- February 25 watch party
  - Mini DC Academy starting at 6:30ish
  - Watch Party will be in the main room
20th Anniversary (2024)
- Looking at working with Homage – capturing oral stories
- Sam willing to lead – even though will not on the DC Board
- Start thinking about potential other things to do to honor the year
