The Dark Clouds General Benefit Corporation will be voting to elect three individuals to the Dark Cloud GBC Board of Directors. These elections will take place following the Supporters Summit on January 8, 2018.

How do I nominate myself?
You can nominate yourself for a position on the board by using this form. You must be a registered 2018 Dark Clouds member to run for the Board of Directors. You are already a member if you have a supporters section season ticket. If you are not a member, you can purchase your membership here. The deadline for nominations is 5 pm on January 4, 2018.
How do I vote in the Board of Directors election?
Follow ALL three steps below:
1) Be a registered 2018 Dark Clouds member, or affiliate member. You are already a member if you have a supporters section season ticket. If you are not a member, you can purchase your membership here. If you are a member of Red Loons or a member of True North Elite, we have memberships for your respective group as well
2) Purchase a Dark Clouds Board of Directors Voting Share. Share sales will end at 5pm Tuesday, January 9th. Proceeds raised through sales of shares will be used to further the mission of the Dark Clouds.
If you’re coming to the Supporters Summit you’ll get a deal, with the purchase of an individual membership or a 2018 Supporters Section Season ticket, you’ll have the opportunity to buy a voting share for only $5. This offer is only good on site, and you must stop by the merch table to purchase.
3) Cast your vote. By 6pm Tuesday, January 9 you will receive an email with a voting link. Voting will continue until Midnight, Friday Jan 12th. You do not need to be present at the Supporters Summit to vote.
