It’s that time of year again, when it’s time to make a child’s dream of owning their very own bike come true. This will be the fourth year for Dark Clouds sharing their Silver Lining with Free Bikes 4 Kidz, a local nonprofit organization geared toward helping all children ride towards a happier, healthier childhood.
Free Bikes 4 Kidz wants every child to have the experience of riding a bike no matter their socioeconomic background. FB4K exists to give low-income families and children bicycles by collecting, refurbishing and distributing used bikes to children in need. This gives children a reason to exercise and improve their physical and mental health, while experience childhood joy and freedom.
We request that you sign up with us, so we know who is coming and what size shirts to have and Free Bikes 4 Kidz so they know your bicycle assembly skill level. It will only take a minute or two, and be sure to sign the liability waiver.
