Minnesota’s largest and oldest supporters group, the Dark Clouds, have raised $660.00 dollars for Hurricane Harvey Relief through the Greater Houston Community Fund, a public charitable foundation that has spent the last 20 years focused on helping donors expand their philanthropic impact.

Dark Clouds partnered with St. Paul’s Lake Monster Brewing. Lake Monster donated $2 per beer sold during the Dark Clouds’ watch party for the Houston vs MNUFC Match on Saturday, September 30. This contribution totaled $300.00, the Dark Clouds held a raffle, as well, raising an additional $360.00

“It’s fairly straightforward.” Said Abraham Opoti, Dark Clouds’ President, “We saw an opportunity to help others, so we took it. We’re thankful to have such great partners like Lake Monster who joined us in helping those in our soccer community, and beyond, during their time of need. Drink90Drink isn’t just a saying, for us, it’s a guiding principle.”
