Committee Updates

  • Merch
    • 500 membership scarves on the way
    • Flags are in!
    • Fuck ICE stickers are selling like hotcakes
    • Presale coming soon for flannels
      • Depends on samples
    • New flyers printed for discord/volunteering
    • Bringing back a “new” version of the come on you loons tee
    • Dark Clouds thumbhole hoodie might be coming back
  • Matchday
    • Flags that needed replacement are being ordered
    • BFF needs a new pole, along with the og
    • Other poles are ready for new poles
    • WW matchday meeting is happening next week
      • Tentative plan is to do marches for home, weekend games
    • Matchday meeting with team is on the 23rd
  • Membership/Events
    • Summit is sunday the 22nd at 2pm at BH
    • Affiliations going well 
  • Mar/Com/Social
    • Match posts are ready for the year
      • Includes posts for fuck ice sticker and flag
    • Posts planned for membership set up
  • Partnership
    • Becketts is on board to be a watch party, $6 22oz summit EPA
    • Card of wonder will be printed this year

    • Good to go– painting still going on

    • Event this Sunday at 10:30am for buckthorn removal
    • Voloonteer event on 2/24 for Utepils

  • Merch shopify issues
    • Nick is looking at this, but is also talking to WW about it. 
  • WW- observer trainings?
    • Discussions are happening on where/who to offer it to. 
  • Quick review about cross-SG affinity group model

    • Getting younger people to help us with DC social media
      • How can we get younger people to help us? Can we help with tickets, etc?
        • Andy K will put something together to discuss at next meeting
    • Contract for Matt J
      • $1100 in 2025. 
      • Alicia moves to increase it to $1200, Jackson seconded. All in favor.
