Board Members Present: Jackson Smith, Alicia Pedersen, Sam Solberg, Meagan Weber, Andy Kahl, Jack McFarland,  Andrew Bruski, Andy Wattenhofer, Maggi Heyer

Absent: Jens Selin, Shaun Sapala, Jim Crist

    • Wrapping up varsity jacket sales – about 2 dozen pre-orders (expected)
    • Hoodies soon-ish
    • Working on scarf for next year

    • Need to order flags by end of January to get them for start of season
    • Recruitment campaign needed
    • We have business cards with the text number to report issues
      • Looking to use them more next season

    • Promoting end of the year stuff
    • Developing off-season schedule

    • Looking to get back to more video stuff – who would be good?

    • Oktoberfest was GREAT success

    • 208 scarves still to be picked up (about 600 already picked up)
      • Maybe more pick-ups at end-of-year party
