16th Annual Dark Clouds Supporters Summit

The Dark Clouds Supporters group is holding their 16th annual supporters summit on February 28th at 7:00pm at The Black Hart of St. Paul.

The summit will include information regarding the Dark Clouds Board of Directors (BoD) elections, membership pack handouts, and a beer-bust fundraiser for the upcoming Chicago bus trip.

Board of Directors Election

At 7:30pm, candidates for the BoD will be given an opportunity to address the crowd before voting opens.

Voting for the BoD positions, which will be done electronically, will remain open until Monday, March 4th at 11:59pm.

Membership Pack Handouts

If you’re a part of the supporters section and you made the smart decision of joining the Dark Clouds–or if you bought a standalone membership and picked the “pick-up” option–then you’ll be able to pick up your membership pack at this event

Chicago Bus Trip Fundraiser

Summit Brewing has thrown in their support for our upcoming trip to Chicago!

Black Hart will be selling summit beer on tap for $4 a beer. $3 of each tap Summit beer sold on February 28th at Black Hart will go toward funding a bus trip to Chicago for the supporters.

If we don’t raise enough money to fund the bus trip, the money raised will be used to support other Dark Clouds efforts.
