Have you ever wondered what it takes to get a pitch ready for play? Wonder no more. The Dark Clouds Silver Lining volunteers are joining forces with the Somali American Youth Enrichment Club (SAYEC) to help get two pitches ready for spring play.
ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION
SAYEC is a club founded to promote “sports for all youth in Minnesota” while promoting “the importance of education, self-esteem, diversity and teamwork in a safe, fun environment” that allows “players to develop to their fullest potential in sport and in life.”
ABOUT THE EVENT
On Sunday, April 15th On Sunday, April 29th we’ll meet up to lay-out and line the pitches—one full size, and one for U-12. The work is messy, so be sure to bring painting clothes.
A light lunch will be provided.
