After our recent back-to-back wins at the expense of Montreal and Dallas, there’s actually a chance we can sneak into the playoffs! Join us at Wild Mind Artisan Ales on Tuesday (October 3rd) at 4:00pm (feel free to come and go as you please) as our boys in black and blue enter Megatron’s butthole to face the other United team that just so happened to enter the league at the same time as us. Kickoff is at 6:00pm. Also, just between us, what’s up with that railroad spike?
Some extra information about the party:
– There’s Happy Hour pricing all day! Everyone there gets $1 off all beer. However, your Dark Clouds discount will NOT be honored, although since the DC discount is $1 off beer, you’re not really losing anything; that’s what we in the biz call a push.
– The Farmhouse Cart hot dog truck will be there! If hot dogs aren’t your jam, there are restaurants nearby that can deliver, too, like Pizza Luce.
– Wild Mind is dog friendly AND kid friendly!
– The game will be on the big screen and likely one of the other TVs (OPTIONS!). Since the Twins made it into the playoffs (YAY!) Wild Mind will also be showing the Twins game, which begins around 7. Two birds with one watch party, IMO, that’s a bang for your buck ($1 off beer joke, folks).
