Volunteers At The Twin Cities Burger Battle 2016
Join your fellow Silver Lining volunteers to help the Great River Coalition for a 5K Bee Run/Walk and Earth Day River Cleanup! Our volunteers will serve as race marshals and participate in a river clean up after the 5K is over. The event takes place in the 40-acre Boom Island Park, one of the most scenic native habitats in Minneapolis.

By volunteering at this event, you’ll be joining a national movement to help save bees and their habitat.
We’re looking for 30 volunteers who will participate in two activities:
Race Marshal (8:15 am – 10:00 am) – Race marshals will direct runners along the race route. You can partner up at a marshal location if you’d like.
River Clean Up (10:00 am – 12:30 pm) – After the race, we’ll help clean the river.
