One of the longest serving members of the Dark Clouds, Neal Logan, is also one of the top bandy referees in the world. As such, he gets to travel all over to officiate at the World Bandy Championships. This year, Neal is officiating in Almaty, Kazakhstan and keeping a travel log at his blog.
