Our Silver Lining service arm sets up volunteer opportunities throughout the Twin Cities. These events are always a great way to help your community, while having a great time getting to know your fellow soccer fans.
We’ve got three awesome new Silver Lining events lined up that you can sign up for:
Soccer Field Lining
Date & Time: April 9th, 2016 10 am – 1pm
Location: Tiza Academy Field – 4100 66th St E, Inver Grove Heights, MN 55076
Partner Organization: Somali American Youth Enrichment Club

The arrival of spring mean that it’s time to get that first layer of paint on soccer pitches across the Twin Cities. We’ll be lining a pitch used by the Somali American Youth Enrichment Club. Brush up on your geometry and learn how to get those lines perfectly square. Wear your paint cloths and shoe, this could get messy. We’ll also be mending nets and painting goal posts if needed. The Green Barden Bakery Build Out

We will be helping to build 7 raised planting beds with benches & climbing trellis, before filling them with soil. We need 15 total volunteers. Lunch will be provided and the Summit Brewing Company will be sending us beer! Click here to RSVP and sign up!
Twin Cities Burger Battle
Date & Time: Saturday May 21th, 2016 from 3:30 to 8.

We’re looking for 30 dedicated volunteers who like to eat burgers and drink beer. That sound like you?
25 of the Twin Cities best restaurants will battle it out to see who can prepare the best Burger and we 2,500 attendees to help finish the food! Volunteers will help set up, run and tear down the 2016 twin Cities Burger Battle from which all proceeds go to The Sanneh Foundation. Volunteers will get to eat and drink for free! (Non-alcoholic beverages will be available). MNUFC play Indy Eleven during the Burger Battle and we plan to have the game on for soccer fans to watch. Click here to RSVP and sign up to volunteer.
