Dark Clouds Announce Summit as Exclusive Beer Sponsor
The Dark Clouds are delighted to unveil the Summit Brewing Company as our Exclusive Beer Sponsor. This places the Dark Clouds in partnership with a native Minnesotan brewery that supports soccer in this state at every level including youth, recreational, amateur and professional.
Dark Clouds President Jim Oliver said of the partnership, “Summit has been doing a lot to support soccer recently, and we’ve been watching them get more involved with other folks we work with. They came to us excited to help grow support for soccer and Minnesota United, and we’re jazzed to bring them on board. Summit knows how to throw great parties and they’re excited to get involved in our tailgates and other events.”
Besides supporting the soccer community, Summit and the Dark Clouds also share a connection through the charitable work both organizations do. Summit has worked with the Sanneh Foundation, Second Harvest Heartland and Feed My Starving Children. For years the Dark Clouds have worked to provide these same organizations with volunteers and charitable funding. We’re immensely excited to partner with an organization that sees the value of local civic engagement and has been working with the same partner organizations.
